We know things happen and we offer a very comprehensive cancellation policy! 

To My Valued Clients:

Your appointments are very important to me. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All my policies are designed in fairness to my clients and myself, a solo business owner and practitioner, and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele. I thank you in advance for your understanding and courtesy in regards to the following appointment policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. I ask that all new and current clients supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

 

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service fee or forfeiture of a prepaid discounted service and/or booking fee.


Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount and forfeiture of any fees paid in advance.

 

Failure to confirm your appointment may result in your appointment being cancelled with/without notice.  
 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MEMBERS

If you are a Facial or Waxing Member of Raecera Aesthetics in good standing and need to cancel within a 24 hour period, your cancellation will be waived once, and any subsequent cancellation fees will be at a 50% reduced rate.

CONFIRMATION TEXTS/EMAILS

As a courtesy, I will send out a text/email to confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. I will call the day before your appointment for a verbal confirmation if the appointment has not been confirmed by text message or will leave a reminder on your voicemail. Appointments booked at 24 hours or less are considered confirmed and subject to the standard cancellation policy. I do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via text/email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address/cell phone number on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you.  It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help me service all my clients better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
